Justin Brookman

New York Attorney General

 

Justin Brookman is Chief of the Internet Bureau of the New York Attorney General's office. The Internet Bureau has brought a wide range of important cases and settlements on a number of cutting edge issues, including spam, spyware, privacy, free speech, and protecting children on-line. Mr. Brookman is a frequent speaker on Web 2.0 issues and the application of existing legal and ethical norms to emerging technologies. Prior to joining the Internet Bureau, Mr. Brookman worked at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York and Washington, DC.
