Susan Panico serves as Sony Computer Entertainment America’s senior director of PLAYSTATION Network (PSN). Panico leads the team responsible for creating a dynamic hub for online and digital entertainment delivery services for the company. In her role as senior director, Susan oversees the network business strategy, operations, content strategy and marketing across all PSN services, including the PLAYSTATION Store, PlayStation.com and PlayStation Home.

Since joining SCEA in 1994, Panico has served in a variety of different marketing roles. Prior to her current role, Panico served as director of online and product marketing, where she directed marketing activities for entertainment software, hardware and the online community platform. Panico, an industry veteran, also worked on several major campaigns, such as the development of PlayStation Online, PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 3, and SCEA’s most successful video game franchise, Gran Turismo™.

Panico received her Bachelor of Arts from University of Southern California.
